If, within 15 days after receipt of your purchase through our website, you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. Your purchase may be exchanged for up to 30 days. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been specially ordered, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.) or used will not be accepted for refunds. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment. All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products that are not returned with the free gift. Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials cannot be returned.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
